WORKSHOP SPOTLIGHT THIS NEEDS TO BE PREBOOKED PRIOR TO LIMITED SPACES Join Maurice from Touch _Wood a traditional heritage craftsman and teacher as he guides you to make your very own Tree Spirit Carving. This workshop is better suited to those who have spoon carving experience but if you are a novice and are keen to join you are welcome and everything is provided for you. This workshop will be held at 1.30pm-3.30 pm.

Yesterday, we shared what’s planned for the Living Library Bell Tent. Today, we’re sharing the programme for the Wisdom Tent at Back to Nature Fest on 19th September 2026!

All of these fantastic talks are included in your £10 festival ticket!!

🌿10:30am – Medicinal Cannabis and Vaporisation with Sam from Elevated State

Learn about prescribed medicinal cannabis and vaporisation. You can also find Sam at the Elevated State Glassworks stall throughout the day.

🌿11:45am – Nervous System Capacity with Natasha Davies

Natasha from The Coherence Practice will discuss why nervous system capacity is important for effective and sustainable healing. She will also be available throughout the day.

🌿12:30pm – Shamanic Drumming with Pete

Learn about the history of the drum before taking part in a drumming circle. You can also visit Pete at the Grey Wolf Shamanic Drumming stall.

🌿2pm – Breathe, Relax and Let It All Go with Rachel Peacock

Join Rachel for a nervous system reset, deep relaxation and an experience of hypnotherapy. Rachel will also have a crystal and jewellery stall where you can make a crystal pendant.

🌿3:30pm – Herbal Medicine and Herbal First Aid with Carrie

Carrie is a qualified herbalist who will share her knowledge of herbal medicine and first aid. You can also find her at the Fireflower Herbal stall throughout the day.

🌿10:30am – Dowsing and Psychometry with Rob Campbell

Learn about dowsing and psychometry. Rob will also be offering demonstrations throughout the day.

🌿11:15am – Forest Bathing and Wild Swimming with Ann from Boundaries Beyond

Join Ann for a talk about forest bathing, wild swimming and connecting with nature. You can also find Ann with The Five Elements and Boundaries Beyond throughout the day.

🌿 12:30pm – Menopause as a Call to Come Back to Nature with Claire Barraclough

A participatory session about changing rhythms, energy, personal limits and making room for the next season of life. Claire will also be available in the Nurture with Nature Wellbeing Tent for one-to-one support.

🌿1:45pm – Wild Medicine with Jessin Hood

Hear about old remedies, herbal wisdom, traditional stories and the science behind them.

🌿3pm – Introduction to Family and Systemic Constellations with Katie Depres

A grounded, experiential introduction using simple embodied exercises. Advance booking is required:
