Sometimes wish I had my children earlier just because I could spend longer with them and they’ve already been the best 10 years of my life 🩵🩷 That said I wouldn’t change anything as this path led me to right now…

The term BIRTHING BALL is misleading! It’s NOT JUST for birth. 😮

I loved my BIRTHING BALL! I used it through my pregnancies to EASE DISCOMFORT in trimester 3 (actually it was earlier with second baby!), to encourage babies into GOOD BIRTH POSITION in hope of vaginal birth (it helped me to turn my second baby who was breech early trimester 3!), and for ANCHORING RELAXATION during pregnancy and in birth AND this also helped my second birth to progress! ❤️

They are really good for soothing baby afterwards too - swaying or bouncing gently on the ball whilst holding baby - plus I use them in baby yoga for baby development 👶
