It’s been just over a week since the lovely open day at THE BEAUTY VAULT, where I offered complimentary Reiki tasters.✨

It was busy, but so lovely to welcome so many people onto my Reiki bed, some experiencing Reiki for the very first time.

I've since received some really lovely feedback about how people felt during and after their 15 minutes with me, and I'll be sharing some of those experiences soon.

For now, I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who came along, trusted me with their time and their Reiki experience, and made the day so special 💜

I'm so looking forward to being part of the Salon Open Day at alongside and the wonderful team.

Yesterday two complete strangers handed us their Merseyrail day tickets.

So, we took it as a little nudge from the universe and hopped on a train to Formby, wandered through the pine woods, breathed in the sea air, and came home feeling lighter than when we left.

Sometimes the best days aren't planned. Sometimes they simply find you.

When life feels busy or overwhelming, I return to nature. Eight miles, salty sea air, quiet moments, and a little more clarity than when I started.

Summer Solstice ☀️

This weekend I put myself first. Spent time in my favourite place in nature, made a drum from deer hide with a beautiful group of women, led by the wonderful Amanda . Made a lovely new connection .25 and ended the day with another inspiring group, finishing with a sound journey. My heart 💚
