This is yoga too ……..A few photos from what I can only describe as the most amazing day yesterday with Claire Naisbitt . We connected with the land , we meditated, we shared a cacao ceremony, we chanted , we drummed , we doused, we honoured the stone circles and the energy of this beautiful area we can call home …. You don’t have to go far to find the magic ✨ because it’s always there within you and around you . Connection 🪶 love 🩷and magic ✨thank you all you beautiful Goddesses that shared the journey…..I love you ….. Jodie xx

We can get so obsessed with “getting there” that we forget where “there” really is, or what it actually means to us⁠ . This Friday 12th June , just two days before the Gemini new moon we have the Crystal singing bowls sound session. Everything is energy and frequency. I use the alchemy bowls by . My personal bowls have additional alchemical elements. These bowls incorporate precious metals like platinum, gold, or silver, as well as emerald ,lemurian seed , phenacite , apophylite and azeztulite adding to the multidimensional energy of each bowl .DM if you would like to join us a few last minute spaces left … I love you … Jodie xx
