Back into the gym - taking it SUPER easy!
Iβm back in starting my new training plan, after a few weeks of random sessions, no routine, lots of travel, PLUS being under the weather π§οΈβ¦ itβs time to ease back in!
Itβs good to be back! But I know Iβve got to build it back up slowly. So today I did a quick and simple 35-40 minute upper body workout & easy stretching.
My focus this month is on
πͺπΌ Strength for muscle regrowth
π§πΌββοΈ Pilates for my glute injury.
π€Έπ½ββοΈ Yoga for mental well-being and posture
πββοΈ 2x runs per week to keep my fitness up!
