I love this 'Hands On' piece. Reminds me to own and be fully present in my tasks, whatever they may be; to caress each and every crevice of my creativity. No matter how the masterpiece unfolds, I believe it helps to really grasp and be grateful for every moment of the journey. It doesn't have to be easy, but it should be enjoyable and give some satisfaction!❤️

Fear is like a vice grip sometimes. Keeping us stagnant, trapped in limbo; waiting for 'the good life'. Oftentimes when we have faith and simply take that step or leap, things miraculously fall into place and the net appears! Believe in yourself and take courage!
Thank you to all the friends and family who have supported me along my journey and continue to do so. ❤️

Richmond Park goodness 💚💚💚

Living in a city can be stressful without little breaks and time to just stop to appreciate the beauty around us. Do you make time to recharge and nourish your soul amidst your busy schedule? Nature is so calming for me...what do you do to ground yourself?

A little reminder to take it all in your stride. Many of us (including me) often leave things until the last minute, optimistically believing that we have enough time to get to work, to finish that project, to arrive at our destination without sufficient planning and room for anomalies.

A fellow coach pointed out to me not long ago when we were early for an appointment, how stress free and lovely it feels to be on time, or simply to MAKE time not to rush. When we slow down, we are calmer, safer, clearer and more able to take in the world around us; to appreciate the things we often miss out on when we're trundling around that daily hamster wheel.

Why wait for a holiday to slow down? Life is a journey.... but doesn't have to be a race. ❤️

Wishing one and all a beautiful, bountiful day today and thank you to my dear friend for my special cup! 🤗

Good weather helps to start on a positive note. At least in the UK it's a given... Even when it's gloomy though, we can take a moment to kick-start 'well' by saying thank you. Or even as I often do, by 'handing it over' if you are struggling. If you can feel those negative thoughts creeping in and
They won't seem to let you go, literally surrender and hand it over to the Creator if you believe in him. If not, what do you do to stay positive? I'd love to hear it.

Try it if you haven't already ❤️

I have only been affected by alcoholism indirectly but have huge appreciation and admiration for the Fellowship which helps countless people recover from their disease. Without the program, many would not be here today. I often refer to their literature which inspires me to stay positive and grounded. So this little 'Just for today' card stands on my desk so that I can glance at it regularly as a reminder that we are all a work in progress. Be unafraid and take one day at a time. ❤️

Time spent in nature can be so healing for the soul. Nourishment as vital as good food I would say! Giving thanks for pure creation and the opportunity to spend time in it.
