Last night was a truly beautiful evening at Sound Bath with Amanda at Undy Church & Community Hall.

For the first time this season, we stepped outside into darkness as our session came to a close. There was a shared feeling in the room, a gentle acceptance that summer is slowly releasing its hold, making space for the softer, quieter energy of autumn.

Yesterday at Goldney was pure magic. 🌿✨

Holding two beautiful sessions with wonderful clients, we were reminded of something many of us needed to hear: trust the unfolding.

Life doesn't always reveal the full picture at once. Sometimes our only task is to soften, surrender, and trust that what is meant for us is already making its way.

Thank you to everyone who shared their energy, presence, and open hearts. The messages received were gentle yet powerful reminders that we are exactly where we need to be. 💙

I believe it’s so important to be truly authentic in your work. As many of you know, delivering my Sound Baths this year has been part of my own healing. Grief has been my Teacher it’s shown me things about myself I never fully understood before. It’s taught me a deeper compassion, a deeper honesty, and a deeper level of authenticity. Spirituality and your faith will never take that pain away, but it will guide you. If you’ve been through grief, you’ll know what I mean.

I’m healing as you’re healing, and it’s a reminder of how vital it is to look after your own well‑being.

Last night, I had the absolute honour, with all my family, of attending an evening of Mediumship & Sound with the amazing Darren from Gideon Healing and Kristina francis - The Spiritual You.

Words can’t explain the shift that happened in that room. The realisations. The release. The gift they gave to me and my family is something I will never forget, and I am deeply, deeply grateful.

If you’ve never attended one of Darren’s Sound Baths, I 100% recommend it. Kristina Francis was absolutely exceptional, one of the most authentic mediums I have ever met.

It truly was another level. Thank you both for what you did. I will never forget 🙏

My Autumn Sound Bath at Caerwent Village Hall is just a few weeks away, on Friday 23rd October.

50% of each ticket price will go towards my hope of creating regular groups for people facing life’s challenges, in my son’s memory. 💙

Each ticket includes:

✨ A relaxing 45-minute crystal sound bath ( may be shorter depending on how comfortable everyone is- I will see on the Evening)
🛍️ An opportunity to browse a variety of stalls

On Saturday I had the opportunity to sit in the presence of Eckhart Tolle as he spoke in London… with some amazing people. Wow, what an experience. There’s something incredibly powerful about hearing his words in real time, the pauses, the stillness, the simplicity.

I had a few beautiful aha moments, those gentle inner shifts where something just lands a little deeper. A reminder to come back to presence, to soften the mind, and to live from that quiet space within.

If you’ve not heard of him, I really recommend The Power of Now and A New Earth, both are incredible books.

Still feeling grateful for the experience and the energy of the room.
