On our recce last year to check out our venue for the upcoming Emeraldoor Wellness Retreat (2nd-6th November 2026). We just had to share this spot with you.
This is the woodland eco hot tub, framed beautifully by the silver birch trees right on the edge of the private 2,700-acre Torry Hill Estate in Kent.
When we talk about a "Nervous System Reset," this is exactly what we mean. True relaxation isn't just about sitting quietly; it’s about physical down-regulation and deep communion with nature.
Imagine completing a restorative afternoon Pilates session, wrapping up for a mindful autumn walk through the estate's ancient sweet chestnut woodlands, and then sinking into this spacious hot tub as the evening mist rolls in.
We are pairing these tranquil moments with daily movement, sound baths, and deeply nourishing, freshly prepared metabolic nutrition to give your body a complete system reboot.
