✨Today is the New Moon in Ta**us.
It’s all about grounding, renewal, and internal transformation. We are being asked to slow down and let go of everything that no longer feels true to who we are. So anything that is causing us exhaustion, making us feel emotionally disconnected or holding onto something simply because it feels familiar.✨

I have regular massages now for achy and stiff neck, shoulders and arms which has really eased over time. For someone who doesn't normal feel comfortable with massages, from the first massage Julie made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She is also such a empathetic and caring person, I really do feel listened to which is a unique part of what she provides.
