🥇Congratulations to Rebecca Birch and Joanne Pilkington for winning employees of the month for July 🥇

🏆Rebecca won for all her hard work arranging a service users 30th birthday party and making sure they had the best day celebrating with family and friends.
🏆Joanne won for helping out on two service users holidays and one being at the last minute making sure they did not miss out going away.

It was a very tough decision to make this month as we had so many nominations.
A massive well done to everyone that was nominated you have made us all very proud of the amazing work you do.

Congratulations to Jackie Wilson & Seraphine D**e for winning employees of the month for June.

🎉Jackie won for her support to a service user who was going through a difficult time and making sure the team around her were comfortable supporting them.
🎉Seraphine won for going above and beyond supporting a service user to hospital on a busy Saturday night even after her shift had finished and making them feel safe during this time.

Well done to Shehla Zahid who was also nominated. Keep up the good work

🥇Daniel Maduka for his help and support with service users when opening our new service Pear Tree and has shown great leadership skill for both staff and service users.
