Continuous learning isn’t optional when your work directly impacts people’s health, mindset, and behaviour.
Even with a coaching certification and a dietetics degree in progress, I choose to keep studying, because the better I understand behaviour change, communication, and client care, the better support I can offer to the women I work with every day.
That’s why I decided to add the ANHCO Dual Health & Life Coach Certification to my professional development. What I appreciate most is that it goes beyond theory: it focuses on real-world coaching skills, live practice, mentorship, and the structure needed to actually work with clients confidently and ethically.
If you’re serious about becoming a coach, or about deepening the impact of the work you already do, investing in your education is one of the most powerful decisions you can make.
ANHCO is definitely worth exploring if you’re committed to growing, studying, and building a career that truly supports people’s transformation. Please visit: https://anhco.org/
