Introducing HELD a 6 week Mum & Baby Circle

You spend so much of your day holding your baby. Held is a little space where you can be held too.

Held is a six week mum and baby yoga circle created like all of my parent & baby classes to nurture mothers as well as their babies. Designed for both of you, it's a little space to move, connect, laugh, breathe and feel held.

Each 90 minute circle includes:
*Playful developmental yoga for baby.
*Gentle postnatal yoga for Mums.
*Extended relaxation and rest
*Tea, nutritious snacks and time to chat.

Everything is gentle and welcoming to where you and your baby are on the day. You are invited to tune into your baby's cues and cuddle, bounce, feed or settle as needed, and rest as desired throughout.

This isn't simply a baby yoga class. It's 90 minutes each week dedicated to connection, wellbeing and community. Move your body, breathe and make space for your own wellbeing whiles spending meaningful time with your baby.

In the early weeks of parenthood, it’s all to easy to focus all your energy on caring for your baby. This is a calm welcoming space where you can slow down, breathe, and be supported as well.

Inspired by the beauty of a summer sunrise by the sea, this gentle sound bath for parents and pre-crawling babies invites you to pause, connect and settle into shared calm. Ocean and sunbeam-inspired mindfulness and breathwork practices are followed by a live soundscape featuring the soothing waves of the ocean drum, shimmering chimes and resonant Tibetan bowls, creating a nurturing atmosphere of connection, relaxation and gentle rejuvenation.

We'll close with tea, a nourishing treat, and time to connect with fellow parents, leaving you feeling calmer, lighter, and ready to carry a little of the ocean's serenity into the rest of your day.

Inspired by the soothing sounds and gentle rhythms of the ocean, we'll connect to the natural rhythm of the breath, like gentle rolling waves, before settling into an immersive sound journey. Waves of sound from ocean drums, shimmering chimes, and resonant Tibetan bowls will wash over you, offering an opportunity to pause, replenish, and simply enjoy being present together.

Being truly present with their child is a frequent answer as to what parents value about my classes.

A sanctuary offering a soft pause to create memories; while feeling held in a safe nurturing space.

Calm & Create: Tiny Prints and Mindful Moments was born from an idea from one of the amazing Mummy's attending my classes who was looking for an offering to create a beautiful keepsake combined with the wellbeing practices and attention to detail offered in my classes.

I'm delighted to share that Calm & Create will launch
Friday 5th June
Garden Studio
10.00am- 12.00am.

This workshop will begin with gentle breathwork and mindfulness practices followed by the opportunity to paint a ceramic mug with your baby's footprints. As the mugs dry and get prepared for delivery to the kiln, tea will be served to enjoy in the courtyard garden offering a chance to connect with other new parents - did I mention there will also be cake!

Designed for babies from 1 month to pre-walker's. Spaces are limited for a luxury retreat feel . A wonderful offering to create a gift for Fathers day or a keepsake for yourself!

People have been asking me when I'm going to be delivering more family wellness sessions for older children using my skills in yoga, play and sound. (Thank you, you lovely bunch!)

Well here's my newest creation...Introducing Crystal Nidra.
Created for children aged 5-10 and their grown ups to enjoy wellness practices together.

Inspired by the magic of crystals, each 1hr session blends a unique combination of mindful movement, gentle breath work and joyful family challenges; all followed by a relaxing yoga nidra and mini sound bath.

I'm delighted to be launching at the beautiful this half term: Friday 29th May 10.30am - 11.30am offering a relaxing way to end the week together.
