As the ripening energy of the early summer full moon invites growth and gentle fruition, this nurturing sound bath for parents and pre-crawling babies offers a space to pause, attune, and be softly held in a cocoon of sound and sweet connection.

Through calming breathwork, reflective gratitude practices, and a soothing soundscape of live drumming, seed shakers, and delicate chimes, you and your baby are supported to feel deeply nourished, restored, and re-energised.

Being truly present with their child is a frequent answer as to what parents value about my classes.

A sanctuary offering a soft pause to create memories; while feeling held in a safe nurturing space.

Calm & Create: Tiny Prints and Mindful Moments was born from an idea from one of the amazing Mummy's attending my classes who was looking for an offering to create a beautiful keepsake combined with the wellbeing practices and attention to detail offered in my classes.

I'm delighted to share that Calm & Create will launch
Friday 5th June
Garden Studio
10.00am- 12.00am.

This workshop will begin with gentle breathwork and mindfulness practices followed by the opportunity to paint a ceramic mug with your baby's footprints. As the mugs dry and get prepared for delivery to the kiln, tea will be served to enjoy in the courtyard garden offering a chance to connect with other new parents - did I mention there will also be cake!

Designed for babies from 1 month to pre-walker's. Spaces are limited for a luxury retreat feel . A wonderful offering to create a gift for Fathers day or a keepsake for yourself!

People have been asking me when I'm going to be delivering more family wellness sessions for older children using my skills in yoga, play and sound. (Thank you, you lovely bunch!)

Well here's my newest creation...Introducing Crystal Nidra.
Created for children aged 5-10 and their grown ups to enjoy wellness practices together.

Inspired by the magic of crystals, each 1hr session blends a unique combination of mindful movement, gentle breath work and joyful family challenges; all followed by a relaxing yoga nidra and mini sound bath.

I'm delighted to be launching at the beautiful this half term: Friday 29th May 10.30am - 11.30am offering a relaxing way to end the week together.

Beautiful Bee & Bloom Sound Sanctuary this morning in Ealing. We slowed down with grounding flower breath and humming practices before bathing in the soothing sounds of therapeutic percussion.

Humming is a fabulous practice to activate the vagus nerve and support a shift into calm. I invite you to enjoy some humming and notice how you feel. Hum a made up tune, nursery rhyme or your favourite song it doesn't matter; just give it a go and enjoy!

Inspired by the peaceful sounds and quiet beauty of a wildflower garden, this gentle sound bath for parents and pre-crawling babies is an invitation to soften out of doing, into simply being. Guided by the soothing rhythm of the bee, we begin with a bumblebee inspired humming practice designed to gently activate the vagus nerve and support a shift into shared calm. You’ll then be immersed in a live soundscape featuring delicate chimes, soothing seed shakers and resonant Tibetan bowls to support presence, rest and deep relaxation allowing you to attune and bloom
