๐Ÿ’› August is Happiness Happens Month! ๐Ÿ’›

From 1โ€“31 August, Happiness Happens Month is a reminder to notice and celebrate the little things that can lift our mood โ€” a walk outside, catching up with someone we care about, enjoying a favourite activity, or simply taking a little time for ourselves.

Happiness doesnโ€™t have to come from big life changes. Small, positive steps can make a real difference to how we feel.

At Living Life to the Full, our CBT-based courses and resources are designed to help you build practical wellbeing skills, tackle low mood and anxiety, build confidence and find ways to feel better through lifeโ€™s ups and downs.

Why not start using Happiness Happens Month as an opportunity to do one small thing each day that brings a little more happiness into your life- or someone else's? ๐ŸŒป
