If the cardio machines feel safe and the weights area feels intimidating, I’m here to change that, helping men and women build strength and confidence by learning how to train properly with weights.

I told myself it was my age.

It wasn’t.

I convinced myself that women in their 40s and 50s were supposed to gain weight.

That a thicker waistline was inevitable.

That constantly pulling tops away from my tummy was normal.

That standing in front of the wardrobe feeling frustrated was just part of getting older.

So I adapted, I bought bigger clothes.

I chose black because it looked more flattering, I looked for tops that covered my stomach and hips!

And little by little, I stopped dressing for the woman I wanted to be and started dressing for the body I was trying to hide.

The hardest part wasn’t the weight, the number on the scales, It was how it made me feel 😢

Older.

Less attractive.

Less confident.

Like I’d somehow lost the woman I used to be.

Maybe you know exactly what I mean.

Maybe you’ve got clothes hanging in your wardrobe that you haven’t worn in years because you don’t feel comfortable in them anymore.

Maybe you’ve started avoiding photos.

Avoiding nights out.

Avoiding being seen.

And maybe you’ve started telling yourself that this is simply what happens after 40.

But what if it isn’t?

What if you don’t need another restrictive diet, another detox, or another Monday morning restart?

What if you simply need the right approach?

Because here’s what I’ve learned...

Women over 40 can absolutely reduce bloating.

They can lose the stubborn inches around their waist.

They can build a stronger, firmer body.

They can feel confident in their clothes again.

Not by starving themselves.

Not by spending hours in the gym.

But by following a plan that actually fits around real life.

If you’re reading this thinking, “That’s exactly how I feel”...

Maybe it’s time to stop accepting a version of yourself that no longer feels like you.

Message me “CONFIDENCE” if you’re ready to feel like yourself again.

I was unhappy, undereating... and yet I still looked pregnant.

Honestly, it made no sense to me.

I was doing all the things I thought I was supposed to do. Eating less, avoiding certain foods, trying to be “good” all the time and training with intent.

Yet every time I looked in the mirror, all I could see was the tummy I hated.

The worst part wasn’t how I looked.

It was how I felt.

Tired.

Fed up.

Lacking confidence.

Never fully relaxed around food.

Always feeling like I needed to start again on Monday.

I genuinely believed I just needed more willpower.

I couldn’t have been more wrong.

When I finally stopped trying to make myself smaller and started training with purpose and nourishing my body properly, everything changed.

Not overnight.

But slowly, I started feeling like me again.

I had more energy.

I enjoyed food again.

I stopped obsessing over every mouthful.

I felt confident in my clothes.

And for the first time in years, I wasn’t constantly at war with my body.

So if you’re looking in the mirror wondering where the old you has gone, please know I understand.

You’re not lazy.

You’re not failing.

And you’re definitely not too old.

There is a better way than dieting, guilt and starting over every Monday.

You just need to be willing to do things differently.

One of ultimate favourite things to do is to see sunrise and sunset on summer solstice… however I didn’t make the sunrise this year 🥴but I was determined to see the sunset!
Unfortunately there was far too much cloud to see the sunset but it was sooo beautiful to be part of it anyway. So many good vibes and love around and we got to see the highland cow 😍

Absolutely stunning and so grateful I was there.

**Ever eaten your way through a Sunday like it was your last meal?**

I used to.

In fact, I’d often go to bed on a Sunday night feeling bloated, uncomfortable and annoyed with myself because I’d spent the entire day having “one last blowout”.

The biscuits.

The chocolate.

The family-sized packet of crisps.

Because tomorrow I was being good.

Tomorrow I was getting back on track.

Tomorrow I was starting again.

The problem?

Monday wasn’t the solution.

Monday was part of the problem.

Because every week I was teaching myself that healthy eating was something I had to suffer through, rather than something I could actually enjoy and stick to.

So the cycle continued...

Overeat.

Feel guilty.

Start Monday.

Fall off.

Repeat.

Week after week.

Month after month.

Sound familiar?

What finally changed things for me wasn’t another meal plan or stricter rules.

It was realising I didn’t need one final binge before being “good”.

I needed to stop treating healthy eating like a punishment.

That’s what I help my clients do now.

No all-or-nothing thinking.

No “I’ll start again Monday”.

No feeling like you’ve failed because you enjoyed a few treats over the weekend.

Just a way of eating that fits around real life.

Because when you stop starting over, everything changes.

And if you’re reading this thinking, “that’s exactly what I do every Sunday”, then maybe it’s time we had a chat.

I’ve tried it all BUT here’s what actually works...

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been obsessed with losing weight and getting a flat stomach.

I’ve bought the magazines.

I’ve done the zero-carb thing.

I’ve spent hours in fitness classes.

I’ve run my legs off trying to burn calories.

And honestly?

None of it truly worked.

What it did leave me with was feeling tired, frustrated, out of control around food and bloody hungry most of the time.

Because when you’ve spent years trying every trick in the book, it’s easy to start believing the problem is you.

But the truth is, most of us were never taught what actually works.

We’re constantly being sold quick fixes.

“Do this for 5 minutes a day.”

“Here’s what I eat to get a flat stomach.”

“Try this fat-burning secret.”

The reality?

The body you’re dreaming about is built through consistency and resistance training.

Not endless cardio.

Not a few crunches.

Not another restrictive diet.

Getting stronger changed everything for me.

Building muscle gave me the confidence, shape and results I’d spent years chasing.

Sometimes I wish I’d found this path sooner.

But now I have, and I’m not going to stop talking about it because I know how many women are still stuck where I used to be.

If stepping into a gym feels intimidating, please know I’ve helped women who’d never set foot in one before.

They’re now stronger, more confident and finally seeing results that last.

My promise?

If you’re ready to commit, I’ll give you everything I’ve got.

The guidance.

The support.

The accountability.

So, what are you waiting for?

Drop me a message saying READY and let’s get started.

You know how consuming the thoughts about losing weight have become?

Imagine if your life didn’t revolve around calories, guilt and starting again on Monday.

I used to do exactly the same.

I’d overeat one day and tell myself I’d barely eat the next to make up for it.

Then I’d end up hungry, thinking about food all day, overeating again and repeating the cycle.

It’s exhausting.

And honestly?

There’s more to life than spending every day trying to shrink yourself.

Imagine feeling in control around food, confident in your clothes and free from the endless cycle of starting over.

Because the goal isn’t just weight loss.

It’s getting your life back.

If you’re ready to stop starting again every Monday, send me a message.

I’m getting really fed up with seeing women being sold the same old rubbish on social media.

“Do these 5 exercises for toned abs.”

“7 minutes every morning for a flatter stomach.”

“This one exercise changed my body.”

Come on.

I’m not saying these people don’t look great.

Most of them do.

But if you think they built that physique from 7 minutes a day and a few crunches, you’ve been sold a story.

And that’s the bit that annoys me.

Because it’s usually women who are already feeling fed up with themselves who get hooked in.

You’ve tried diets.

You’ve tried workouts.

You’ve promised yourself that Monday will be different more times than you can count.

Then you see one of these videos and think:

“Maybe this is what I’ve been missing.”

So you give it a go.

A couple of weeks later, nothing much has changed.

And who gets the blame?

You do.

You tell yourself you’re not motivated enough.

You haven’t got enough willpower.

You just can’t seem to stick to anything.

When actually, the problem was never you.

Getting fitter, stronger and feeling better about yourself isn’t complicated.

But it does take time.

It takes consistency.

It takes putting in some effort, even on the days you can’t be bothered.

And it takes doing things you can actually imagine yourself still doing in six months’ time.

Fitness isn’t something you do for 8 weeks before your holiday.

It’s part of your life.

That’s why when women work with me, we don’t do extreme.

No cutting out everything you enjoy.

No living on rabbit food.

No workouts that make you dread exercise.

We build something that works around your life.

You eat proper food.

You enjoy yourself.

You learn how to handle weekends, meals out and stressful work days without throwing the whole week away.

And yes, you get results.

Not because you’ve suffered for them.

Because you’ve finally found a way of doing it that feels realistic.

I couldn’t care less about dramatic before and after photos that make me look good on social media.

I’d rather help a woman stop starting again every Monday.

That’s the stuff that actually changes lives.

My tummy got flatter when I stopped trying to flatten it.

For years, I thought the answer was:

❌ More running

❌ More sit-ups

❌ Eating less

❌ Starting another diet on Monday

So I’d do what most women do.

Eat as little as possible all week.

Try to squeeze in extra cardio.

Feel guilty when I had a treat.

Then wonder why my tummy wasn’t changing.

Sound familiar?

Here’s what actually worked.

I stopped chasing calories burned and started focusing on getting stronger.

I followed a structured plan.

I lifted heavier weights.

I ate enough to support my training.

And most importantly...

I stayed consistent.

Not perfect.

Consistent.

Because the truth is, most women don’t need another diet.

They need a plan they can actually stick to.

A plan that helps them build muscle, improve their shape and lose body fat without feeling miserable.

That’s when my tummy started to flatten.

Not because I worked harder.

Because I worked smarter.

So if you’re doing endless cardio, surviving on salads and wondering why your tummy still isn’t budging...

Maybe the answer isn’t more effort.

Maybe it’s a better strategy.

If this sounds familiar and you’re fed up with working hard for little reward, send me a message. I’d be happy to chat through what might work better for you.

“People will do ANYTHING to lose weight and feel better...
..just don’t ask them to change.”

Harsh?

Maybe.

But I was exactly the same.

For years I lived in a cycle that felt normal.

Run more.
Eat less.
Be “good” all week.
Binge at the weekend.
Feel guilty.
Start again Monday.

Repeat.

I genuinely believed I was trying.

And technically, I was.

But the truth?

My body was never going to change because my behaviours never changed.

I was constantly looking for a different result while repeating the same habits.

I blamed my age.

I blamed hormones.

I blamed my busy schedule.

I told myself I was fine.

Meanwhile I felt bloated all the time.

Unfit.

Tired.

I avoided certain clothes.

Covered up my arms.

Stood strategically in photos.

And quietly wondered where the old me had gone.

The turning point wasn’t finding a magic diet.

It wasn’t doing more cardio.

It wasn’t cutting out carbs.

It was finally accepting that something needed to change.

Not perfectly.

Not overnight.

Just consistently.

I started eating properly.

I followed a structured plan.

I stopped trying to punish my body and started supporting it.

I trusted the process long enough to let it work.

And now?

My waist is smaller.

My tummy is flatter.

My arms don’t wobble every time I wave.

But more importantly...

I feel like ME again.

And that’s what so many women are really chasing.

Not a number on the scales.

Not a dress size.

The confidence.

The energy.

The feeling of looking in the mirror and recognising yourself again.

The uncomfortable truth?

You can want change all day long.

But until you’re willing to change something, nothing changes.

What’s one thing you’ve been holding onto that’s keeping you stuck? Drop me a message and let’s see if we can get you on the right path ☺️
