NEW TUESDAY EVENING SAUNA SESSIONS 🔥

Our first Tuesday evening sessions begin today, Tuesday 8 September.

We’ll now be opening the Woodland Sauna every Tuesday evening throughout the autumn and winter season.

Tonight’s 60-minute sessions are available at 4pm, 5pm, 6pm and 7pm.

Enjoy wood-fired heat, a refreshing cold plunge and time to unwind among the trees.

🌧️ And just like that… summer feels like it’s packed its bags.

The rain is falling, the evenings are drawing in and there’s a definite whisper of autumn in the air. 🍂

But honestly? We’re not mad about it.

Because this is when the Woodland Sauna really comes into its own. 🔥🌲

Rain on the windows on the roof. Steam rising into the cool woodland air whilst you’re safe in the warmth that sinks into your bones. Then out into the fresh air before retreating back into the heat.

Summer may be fading, but sauna season is only just getting started. 🔥🌿🔥

Nothing wrong with HEAT as long as there’s a way of cooling back down! That’s why when we’re abroad we’re fine with it as there’s a swimming pool to jump into!! The contrast between the heat and the cool also helps us to regulate our temperature the rest of the time…
