It’s nearly June where have the last 5 months gone? ❤

We still have a good 6 - 7 weeks before the Summer holidays, instead of saying all of the above how about in July you say ...

🌞I’m so glad I started at the beginning of June

🌞I’m so glad I stuck with it the first week, the weeks that followed and turned into months

🌞It’s July and I feel great having lost at least a stone
