Some people may turn there nose up to a neck fillet but if cooked correctly, it is absolutely delicious 😋

Pan fried to brown off with rosemary, onion, garlic and mushroom.
2 beef stock cubes added with homemade red wine.
Covered for 3 hours to marinate.
Cook for 5 hours on 120c

Served as a roast dinner ❤
