Family Fund is a UK charity that gives grants and practical support to families raising a disabled or seriously ill child or young person on a low income.

They can help families pay for items and services that make day-to-day life easier, safer, or more enjoyable for children with additional needs.

In most cases, families apply online and need to:

* Live in the UK
* Be the main carer for a disabled or seriously ill child aged 17 or under
* Meet income or benefit criteria
* Show how the support would benefit the child and family
