✨ Feeling Inspired After Training with Karl Smith! ✨

I’ve just completed two incredible days of training with Karl Smith, founder of this technique and internationally recognized teacher, and I am absolutely buzzing! 🤍
This video was taken during the final stage of the training, where the focus is on integration — gently supporting the body and mind to absorb positivity, calm, and balance 🌿✨
It’s amazing to see how the nervous system responds when it feels supported, welcoming in lightness and new energy.
At Equinox, I work with Spinal Flow and EMMETT, and this work fits naturally with everything I do — honouring the deep connection between mind, body, and nervous system, and allowing transformation to happen safely, gently, and intuitively.
The training used modern, dynamic, and content-free hypnosis techniques, including Kinetic Shift, Psy-Tap, and F.A.S.T, giving immediate results and teaching how to work quickly yet intuitively — exactly what I will bring into my practice.
I’ll be looking for volunteers to work with me for future social media videos.
Sessions are free, and all details will be discussed beforehand.

This journey has been one of learning, growth, and real experience working with people.
I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who trusted me, supported me, and allowed me to practise during my student journey. Your openness and faith in me meant more than you know.
The EMMETT Technique is a gentle yet powerful muscle release therapy that helps reduce pain, improve movement and posture, and support the nervous system — often with noticeable results.
