Last night, my yoga students and I shared the most lovely outdoor yoga session in the wonderful Sarah Levene and Simon Levene garden.

It was so special not only because we were surrounded by nature but because all proceeds have gone to the National Trust for the Dunwich Heath restoration fund.

What a day - I haven’t stopped but felt so achieved- I fixed a fence panel at work, had three meetings. Xrayed a broken buzzard then later fixed it with a fantastic surgeon, such a priveledge. Whilst I was saying farewell to her in the car park a stag beetle flew over us and this gorgeous night and beautiful moon!
Home to muntjacs calling a chinnock helicopter flying over head.
Literally loving life!
Sometimes a jam packed day can seem tough but change the focus and make it good! Life is short look for the positives. ❤️

I had the best night watching .michaela on tour at Mercury theatre, Colchester recently. What an absolutely wonderful lady with some fabulous stories to tell. My signed photo will take pride of place. So much love and respect for this incredible human ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Because even yoga teachers hurt themselves. 😬
Lower back locked out means enforced rest and a trip to the chiropractor for me. After some acupuncture and spine manipulation feeling a touch better but still won’t be teaching today. Thank you to the wonderful harmonyalignyoga for covering last minute, my students are in for a treat ❤️

Fingringhoe power has been up and down today so I was expecting a shut down and came prepared. A welcome excuse to use candles responsibly and a candle gazing meditation at the end with candle visualisation for our relaxation.
Yoga in the semi dark was a reminder of how light levels affect our senses including that of balance. Thanks to all my wonderful students for carrying on regardless. 🙏
