Crystal Rose run workshops which aim to assist you in your every day life with an understanding of meditation and an awareness of how we interact with others in our private and business lives. We also hope to give you a better understanding of how to best help yourself deal with any situation that arises to give you a better awareness of who you are and what part you play in interacting with those

around you. Our 2013 workshop venues are currently being finalised and this page will be updated once the full schedule is available.

Since stopping trading Julia and l have been busy doing our "own" thing. The lovely Julia has studied hypnosis and qualified. She has also qualified as a Reiki healer and a Crystal healer.
I have been busy also qualifying as a Crystal healer, Reiki healer, and although l have been teaching meditation and spiritual awareness for over 30 years l qualified as a Meditation teacher. I have been a qualified Psychic Counsellor since 1991.
Still doing Rune readings and running courses.
So as you can now see we are not off the scene.

Felixstowe event yesterday lovely atmosphere. The weather was not sunny. Met a lot of lovely stallholder friends.
Tendring Show Saturday 12.7.14 will be our next event so we look forward to seeing you.
The Tendring Show is a super day out for all the family.

Keep checking for info on our new ten week meditation course. We will give you information on the correct way to meditate which will not only surprise you but help you every day. We are fully qualified teachers. Spare just 5 mins a day to meditate whilst on the course. The classes info on venue dates and time to follow.

This Sunday a lively lady is doing an event in her garden in aid of Breast Cancer. We will be there with stock and also doing readings. Handbags jewellery cakes and burgers to buy. 1 Eudo Road Colchester 11-4. Good cause.

Julia and l packed her car using every space possible then drove to Elmswell in the rain lets not forget gusty wind trying to knock us over! However it was well worth the trip. Well organised event and lots of amazing people. We had a lovely day.
