A very special couple of days being invited behind the scenes with Mesoestetic.

We had the opportunity to visit their pharmaceutical facilities, learn more about the science, research and innovation behind their professional treatments, and get a closer look at some of the technology and products being developed.

Then it was out of the scrubs and into something slightly more glamorous for the connectoMe event ✨

Continuing to learn and invest in my knowledge is such an important part of what I do at and there are definitely a few things from this trip that have got me thinking about what’s next for the clinic…

After thousands of consultations, here's what I wish every nervous first-timer knew:

✦ You don't need to know what treatment you want. That's my job.

✦ You won't be pressured into anything. It's a conversation, not a sales pitch.

✦ Questions are encouraged. Ask all of them.

✦ Social media is inspiration, not a treatment plan. Yours should be built for your face.

✦ More isn't better. Sometimes I'll tell you to wait, or that you don't need anything.

✦ You don't have to do everything at once. We prioritise what bothers you most.

Can you spot what’s changed? 👀

Because this is exactly how I want my patients to look after treatment.

Not “filled”.
Not noticeably different.
Not like they’ve had something done.

Just fresher, softer and subtly more supported.

The aim wasn’t to add lots of volume or change the shape of her face. It was to look at where subtle changes could restore balance and soften some of the signs of ageing she had started to notice.

Swipe through the before & afters and look particularly at the mid and lower face- it’s the small changes that make the difference.

This is why I always treat the face as a whole, rather than simply filling the line or fold that bothers you.

The goal? You, just looking a little more refreshed.
