Lately I’ve noticed how easy it is to slip into ā€œholding it all togetherā€ mode without even realising you’ve done it.

You keep going because people need you, because life doesn’t stop, because there are things that simply have to be done. And somewhere in all of that, you stop checking in with yourself.

Until one day you sit down for a minute and realise you’ve been holding your breath for months.

✨ Life feels very full right now ✨

As many of you know, my family is going through a difficult time and I’ve been spending a lot of my days simply trying to stay present, grounded, and take things one moment at a time.

Which is exactly why I’m so grateful that next Sunday’s Reiki & Sound Healing Circle is still going ahead šŸ¤

Sometimes when life feels heavy, the most healing thing we can do is pause.

To breathe.
To rest.
To listen.

This is a simple ritual you can do from your sofa or bed…no crystals, no complicated setup, just a quiet moment to release what’s been weighing on you & call in what you actually want.

You can save this for Saturday or Sunday night & come back to it šŸŒ•

I’ve been trying so hard to stay strong lately…& hold everything together with what’s happening with my (step) dad.

But today I just sat on my bedroom floor for a minute.

Tried to breathe, slow my nervous system down & then I pulled this card…

ā€˜You add so much value to your family and friends’ lives. Being you is more than enough.’

it actually broke me a little bit, I think when life gets heavy we start believing our value comes from how much we can hold, fix, do or carry for everyone else…& this was my reminder that just being here is enough too ✨

It’s okay to not be okay….. šŸ¤

A gentle reminder that your feelings are valid.
Your emotions are valid.
Your need for space is valid.

You do not need to force yourself to fit into someone else’s idea of who you should be, what you should do, or how you should feel.

You are allowed to slow down.
You are allowed to feel deeply.
You are allowed to simply be.

You are enough ✨

Good morning you beautiful human!

This is your reminder that calm doesn’t have to look perfect, complicated, or ā€œspiritual enough.ā€ šŸ¤

Sometimes it’s just:
a quiet moment at the kitchen table,
a deep breath before the day begins,
a few kind words to yourself,
a little gratitude,
a card pull,
a child beside you,
and creating space to hear yourself again.

My calm starts are never about doing things perfectly.
They’re about helping my nervous system feel safe before the noise of the day takes over.

Because calm before clarity isn’t just something I teach.
It’s something I practice too ✨
