Thursday evening a suffered a really painful ankle injury. Friday morning I used the K Laser ‘soft tissue injury’ protocol on my ankle. It was still so sore I couldn’t wear shoes / trainers…. Had to do an exercise class in flip flops 🩴 . Saturday morning I’m able to get my trainers on and do park run pain free! 😯👌. That’s the healing power of K Laser!
