I learnt Reiki about 18 years ago after receiving it myself when I was going through a difficult time physically and mentally. It was pivotal in opening up the world of energy and personal healing for me.

I learnt Reiki including Master level and since then have incorporated other ways and techniques namely Shamanic elements and different tools💚✨🍄🪶
