Hello, after a bit of a break I’m back in my sewing shed , although there have been a few changes, after deciding to stop making rag dolls I found I missed doll making, I had always had a soft spot for Blythe dolls, I mean a doll from the 1970s that wasn’t popular as it scared children what’s not to love ! Since then they’ve gone on to be a much loved and collected doll in their original form and the many amazing customised versions made by seriously talented doll artists, it was going down this rabbit hole that led me to my new found love of customising Blythe dolls, and after lots of practice lots of you tube videos and way too much fun my first custom ooak ( one of a kind ) Blythe doll has been listed in my etsy shop soon to be followed by more girls .. it’s very addictive! I’m hoping to add some Blythe doll accessories and items of clothing to my shop too in the not too distance future ,it’s good to be back making dolls again even though it’s a totally different skill set 🥰
