There's something we’ve lost along the way.
Not that long ago, working with our hands was part of everyday life — in the dirt, shaping, fixing, making. It kept us grounded, focused, and connected to what we were doing in a way that’s hard to find now.
That’s exactly what Whittling for Wellbeing is about.
On 9th May, we’re running a relaxed, half-day Introduction to Whittling course. At Edible St Austell , It’s a chance to slow down, switch off from the noise, and learn a simple, satisfying skill using nothing more than a piece of wood and a knife.
No experience needed — just a willingness to have a go.
Whether you’re looking to try something new, clear your head, or just spend a few hours doing something real and hands-on, you’ll be very welcome.
Spaces are limited, so drop us a message if you’d like to join us or email course cost £35 per person. [email protected]
