Making coconut eczema balm this afternoon. I’m using raw organic coconut oil and calming essential oils. This balm smells amazing and is remarkably non greasy on the skin. Can be used for children and babies too.

Herb of the day ....Wintergreen...just been studying this herb today and it’s smell reminds me of Germolene that we used as children! It is a pungent herb that has strong analgesic properties and can be used for muscle and joint pain especially good for arthritis and rheumatism. It can also alleviate headaches as it contains a natural aspirin- like substance. Going to make up some pain relieving gels and oils now....
