I pressed pause on teaching Yoga in October 2018 and for the foreseeable future until I feel divinely guided again. I had a briefly flurry last year but that was it 🙏🤩

I have a You Tube channel - Gina Hardy Yoga or find some Yoga Nidra meditations (free) on Insight Timer app.

I remain to go to my mat daily to be with whatever arises and to experience the joy of very simple living.

Namaste lovely Yogis!

After an extraordinary journey this last 5 years much has been experienced, digested and learned and I am keen to seeing how it translates to the mat with you.

Transformation takes time and so now as the mat calls again with renewed vigour, I am starting an online class with the focus being on ‘body lead’ restorative yoga with alot of space, peace and quietness.

This world is a riot of distraction and unrest and yet the only true rest starts from within.
