Raising children should be as much fun as possible and an opportunity for personal growth for everyone involved. At Self-Esteem 4 Kids we coach parents, teachers and other caregivers to use mindfulness to make a paradigm shift and, as a result, change. I help my client's to achieve a deep connection with their children/students and enable them to teach the life lessons that will champion children to have high self-esteem. This path is not for the faint hearted because it may require the client to challenge some the beliefs they hold which are often deep-seated and habitual.
