Last night some of the Just A Chat Family headed to House of Bliss for a relaxing meditation session and wow 🤯🤯 the power of breathing is underestimated and can really help for sleep insomnia, anxiety and general relaxation ❤️

Relaxed would be an understatement, we couldn’t recommend Niamh enough, feeling regenerated and relaxed for the week ahead 💚🖤
