This has transformed me from couch potato to Ultra Marathon runner! All are welcome and there is never any judgment in group because everyone is there for the same purpose. New members can come without appointment, and groups follow the following schedule:

9am sessions on Thursday and Friday
New members 9:00
Existing members weigh-in 9:00-9:30
IMAGE therapy 9:30 - 10:10am

10:30am sessions on Thursday
New members 10:30
Existing members weigh-in 10:30-11am
IMAGE therapy 11:00 - 11:40am

Quick meeting at the Village Hotel Starbucks today. I went for the Americano and Hifi bar as part of my healthy fibre choice instead of the high swip latte and pastry!

Losing weight with Slimming World doesn’t mean you can’t go for a meeting in a coffee shop and food optimise and lose weight.

Americano swip free, as there is no milk in it. Hifi bar 3swips or half your fibre choice.
