I feel it's a good time to re-introduce myself. Hi, my name is Sam 👋🏽

I’m passionate about supporting people heal, clear blocks and transform through Cacao plant medicine, Healing and Energy work.

I am an intuitive Energy Healer – which means I discovered I could heal before I trained in any modality. My great-grandfather was a healer, so you could say it is in my blood.

Cacao has been a big part of my journey for years – supporting me with leaving my high turnover business, healing my heart, visiting ancient sites in Mexico, stepping into this healing path, leading me to many of the practitioners I’ve worked with, and so much more over the years! She’s been a steady, constant support for me.

Grandmother Cacao is a beautiful plant medicine and spiritual ally. She supports heart opening and healing, clearing blockages and contains many mood boosting compounds. She enhances mind and heart coherence, so you are able to tap into your own wisdom and power.

I chose to sit with Cacao, blue lotus and psilocybin during the solar eclipse, and planned an inward journey.

Just after the peak I was called to go outside and welcome in the new energies 💫

So I danced, barefoot in the street, with the sun on my face ☀️💃🔥

Today is the Day out of Time in the Mayan Calendar 💫

Soon after I began working with Cacao, I was gifted an all expenses paid holiday to Mexico 🇲🇽 and I visited some of the Mayan temples ✨️

When I returned, my life changed drastically!

I walked away from my high turnover business, and committed daily to Energy Healing and Cacao, as part of my own healing journey 💫❤️💫

3 months later I had my second spiritual awakening and I was activated to my mission 🔥

Cacao & Energy Healing literally transformed my life 🥰🔥❤️

I love it when my energy shifts ✨️❤️💫

I literally feel lighter, catch myself smiling, feeling thankful. People come up to me, start talking with interesting higher aligned conversations. I become busier, and have the energy to carry on through.

It's a great feeling 🥰

Which is why I'm such an advocate of energy work, inner work and Cacao. This have been my go to tools for years now... ❤️

Cacao is my favourite plant medicine and tool for self connection and healing 💫

She's full of feel good compounds and such a supportive, heart opening, healing, wise spirit 🙏🏽

Cacao has been there for me when I've not had a single other human to turn too.

She's held me through the highs and lows.

I reconnect, reclaim and embrace my body - as she is now ❤️ with love, reverance and awe. I embody my essence.

I thank her, I honour her, I bless her and I will never be ashamed of her.

She has survived everything this life has experienced - not only survived when I honestly didn't think I would, but now thrives and I love her so much ❤️

She is a goddess.

Following 5 days away at a festival, which included 2 deep womb healings, some self care and connection was needed.
