I'm going to be offering 2 woodland wellness sessions over the summer holidays. This will be a chance for you to spend a few hours forest bathing, helping you to relax and unwind a bit. Especially useful if you are finding the school holidays a bit stressful.

I will be offering some activities for those who prefer it, but you are welcome to just bring a blanket/chair and a book. Whatever you need!

Just £15 per person for 3 hours. Please contact me to book or if you have any questions. Location and instructions will be send once booked.

This innovative and beautifully curated space opened in Swindon yesterday - official opening event is Tuesday 5th May, so please come along between 4.30pm and 7.30pm to check out what's on offer.

This will be my "go to" venue for all future courses and events, the first one being "Taming the Nervous system" on Saturday 23rd May.

This is firstly because it's such a great space, but also because the Queens Wellness Hub venture fits in perfectly with my own ethos of lifting each other up, spreading love and wellness and bringing people together in community.

This session offers a guided insight into three key areas included within Queen’s Wellness Hub’s employee welfare programme, Workplace Wellness. Each segment provides simple, effective practices that can be easily integrated into everyday working life.
