✨ Carer of the Month – May Nominations ✨
We have been absolutely overwhelmed by the number of nominations received this month, and we want to take a moment to recognise every single one. 💙
Our carers continue to go above and beyond each and every day — showing compassion, dedication and genuine care to the people they support. The nominations highlight just how much of a difference you all make, from building meaningful relationships to delivering outstanding support with kindness and respect.

⚖️ Keeping it fair
As always, to ensure fairness, all nominations are entered into our automated system, which randomly selects the Carer of the Month. Every nomination is equally valued, and this process ensures everyone has the same opportunity to be recognised.
We would also like to extend our thanks to all our care staff who have supported one another and our clients, especially over the past few challenging weeks. Your teamwork, resilience and willingness to step up for each other has not gone unnoticed. 💫
