❄️ JOIN US FOR OUR WINTER WELLBEING EVENT! ❄️

📅 Wednesday 30th September
⏰ 10am – 3pm
📍 St Mary’s Community Centre, Broadfield Drive, Leyland

Come along and join us for a friendly Winter Wellbeing Event, with lots of useful information and advice to help you and your family stay safe, healthy and warm this winter. 💙

🩺 Free blood pressure checks – staff will be available throughout the event.
There will be Social Prescribers on site
We’ll also have presentations and advice on:

🚨 How to avoid scams and fraud
🏠 How to keep your home warm this winter
🔥 Fire safety and keeping your home safe

Whether you have questions, want to check your blood pressure, or simply fancy coming along for a chat, we’d love to see you!

Is this your car or someone you know? If so please can you ask them to move it as it is blocking access to the entrance of the staff car park at our Croston site.

‼️‼️Our systems are still down, once we have an update we will share, sorry for any inconvenience‼️‼️

Our telephone lines remain open; however, we are unable to access our EMIS system. This means we cannot view medical records, book appointments, or check existing appointments at this time.

If you are calling to routinely book or enquire about an appointment, we kindly ask for your patience while the issue is being resolved.

IT are working hard to restore the service as quickly as possible. We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience.

The systems are down at Croston and Eccleston surgery. Its a Regional problem and IT are working on it. Phones are working but we can not access peoples records please bare with us

Everyone is welcome to come along, regardless of fitness level, as the pace is kept comfortable for everyone.
