Emma is always happy and positive. As a Slimming World group leader Emma always knows how to offer the right words of encouragement, she is supportive, positive, inspiring and assured in her role and never leaves you feeling like you are failing when going through tough times in your journey. I am grateful for the positive impact Emma and the group have had on me since I started my journey.

Ever wondered what its like to be a Slimming World member? I thought I'd post over the next couple of weeks from real members in their own words. Next up Georgina

Joining Emma's Slimming World group at St. Sebastians has completelty changed my life. After gaining a lot of weight during my pregnancies, I felt overwhelmed and didn't know where to start. But from the moment I walked through the door, Emma made me feel supported, encouraged, and capable again.
With her guidance, weekly motivation, and the incredible support of the group, I've lost 7.5 stone in just two years. I've learned healthy habits, rebuilt my confidence, and found a community that truly celebrates every step of the journey.
I'm healthier, happier, and so proud of how far I've come - and I honestly couldn't have done it without Emma and her amazing group.
If you're thinking about joining, do it. It might just be the best decision you make for yourself.

Ever wondered what its like to be a Slimming World member? I thought I'd post over the next couple of weeks from real members in their own words. Next up Maggie.

I have been doing Slimming World for some years and while I had some success I wasn't really getting where I wanted to be. After chatting with a friend about trying another group, myself and other friends decided to try a group in Crowthorne.
We came to Emma's group on a tuesday, and I can say from the very start the difference in the groups was truly an eye opener.
Emma was there at the door with her lovely smile and welcome, the groups were really good and so much support.
Emma was so positive about everyone getting to where they wanted to be, you really started to believe you could do it. I never wanted to let her down, and after years of trying I reached my target and two years on I'm still at target, and that's down to Emma and the lovely friends that I have made. We have fun and get a real understanding about how Slimming World works.
Emma's sense of humour is brilliant, she is there for the good times and I have seen her support others who may be struggling and she is there for them 100%
In the last two years I have seen so many people reach their targets with huge weight losses in some cases, and the support is there as you try and cope with being in target, once again Emma is there.
Staying to group is really important as you gain so much from Emma, but also all the lovely group members.
It was the best decision I have ever made and if you have ever wondered about starting the journey then I can honestly say come and meet Emma, her groups are fabulous, you will not regret it I promise.
