We believe in making effective products from fresh, organic* fruit and vegetables, the finest essential oils and safe synthetics. We make them fresh by hand using little or no preservative or packaging, using only vegetarian ingredients, and tell you when they were made. We believe in buying ingredients only from companies that do not commission tests on animals and in testing our products on humans. We believe in happy people making happy soap, putting our faces on our products and making our mums proud. We believe in long candlelit baths, sharing showers, massage, filling the world with perfume and in the right to make mistakes, lose everything and start again. We believe that all people should enjoy freedom of movement across the world. We believe our products are good value, that we should make a profit and that the customer is always right.

We’re very happy to be supporting a charity like the . Those seeking asylum or refugee status in the Croydon area can find hot food, clothes and general support from the wonderful volunteers here. We’re accepting donations on the 8th to 10th October at Lush Croydon so if you have anything from the list above to donate then we’d love to see you! You can also choose to donate products to the charity directly through us, simply purchase a product and pay it forward into the donations box.

We are hiring temporary Sales Assistants

You might know us as the inventors of the bath bomb, but there’s more to this great-smelling, partly employee-owned, family-run company than pioneering cosmetics. Since establishing over 25 years ago, Lush has been driven by innovation, ethics and excellent customer service.

This is your opportunity to join us as a Temporary Sales Assistant!

Our team of Sales Assistants are at the forefront of our business, creating excellent experiences for all of our customers at every moment. As a Sales Assistant, you will bring a positive, upbeat energy to the shop floor, always connecting with our customers and giving them tours of all our fantastic products. With in-depth knowledge of our products and ingredients, Sales Assistants share relevant information while representing our Lush ethics and values. As a team we work hard and have fun, while demonstrating our products and creating an exciting, engaging atmosphere!

Good to know:

Contract: 15 hours
Pay: £10.85 p/h
Availability: 3 full days. 1 must be a weekend day
You must be able to work over the Christmas period, including either Christmas Eve or Boxing Day
You must be over the age of 16 to apply

Deadline for applications: Sunday 17th October 2021
One to One interviews: 18th-24th October 2021
Trial Shifts: 25th-31st October 2021
Contract Start date: 1st November 2021
Contract End date: 26 December 2021
