Laughter Yoga Sessions coming in Autunm 🍂

When is the last time you had a proper laugh? Laughter that comes up from your belly?

When someone asked me this question, I really had to think about it, and it made me realise the people are not laughing anywhere near as much as they used to.

So I decided to train in laughter yoga to help people find their laughter, their joy, and the fun side of life again.
