3 years difference. I think it’s safe to say, age has done us both well 😂

The photo on the right was just before I started my journey on the one2one diet. It was beaus birthday and it was a scorcher, and guess what… I’d had about 10 melt downs as I hated everything I put on and felt disgusting. This day was meant to be about Beau l, yet there I was causing rows because I was unhappy 🙄

3 years on with another child, I’ve honestly never been happier. Days out aren’t dreaded. Summer is looked forward to and I’m loving my best life ✌🏻

Why do you want to lose weight?

The question I ask all my slimmers at the start. There is always a deep rooted reason. The majority of the time the answer is to be able to feel my best and to be able to wear the clothes I’ve only ever dreamed of wearing. Mine was this also however deep down I knew I had to do it for my health, I had to lose weight otherwise I would soon have health issues and that is what really made me do it. How big was I going to allow myself to get?!

The days May feel hard, impossible to stick to it but just remember your why and keep on pushing through it!

JUST BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. Even if you don’t, pretend that you do. At some point you will. For me it was the half way line. I realised I was actually doing this and there was no turning back. I couldn’t. I had to see this through. Happy Tuesday guys 😀 oh and a funny story about that R T-shirt . I used to tell people the R stands for rave. I’m done 😂

It has to be hard so you’ll never forget. There is no going back for me, ever!

Maintenance life isn’t what I thought it would be. I always though there was a finish line. I always told myself there was an end. I’m afraid to say there isn’t 😂 sorry if this sounds extremely depressing but it’s true. I still battle with my own mind sometimes, I still occasionally have a binge! But I’m working on it.

If i can do it, then so can you!

This right here is my team, my WHY!

I wanted to lose weight for me, however it ran deeper than this.

I wanted to lose weight to be happy, which would make me a happier wife, mum, friend and all the rest.

I needed to be a good role model for my children, letting my children see me stuff my face every day wasn’t going to set a good example and I knew I had to stop.
My kids deserved a happy mum!

Let your WHY drive you through this journey because it’s bloody hard at times. It can feel impossible to stick to it on occasions! But the key is to not give up.

YOU are capable to achieving your goals, you’ve just got to want them hard enough ♥️
