Findings from a recent study published in JAMA suggest that promoting active travel modes, particularly cycling, may be associated with better brain health and lower dementia risk. With this in mind, Ageing Well partnered up with Cycling UK this Spring to run a successful 4 week cycling project. Over 4 weeks the group built up to cycling 10 miles along the Shawfair to Roslin cycle path.

Well done to our 50+ Ageing Well Line Dancers who took part in an international line dance flashmob in Jarnac Court and Princes Street on Saturday. And a massive thank you to their instructor Liz Wren who helped the six dancing groups prepare for event!
