Dalyan Yoga Holidays 🙏
Rooms and Food at Spectrum. I am no vegetarian but the Turkish mezze is just divine! Each day we have a different Turkish breakfast with beautiful fresh vegetables, salads and cheeses. No pesticides are used and the fresh pomegranate juice derived from the trees on site!
Four evening meals are included and the kitchen caters for special dietary needs.
The food does its job, we leave here nourished! 🙏
Meal out tonight though! Turkish meatballs here we come! 😂🙏

Last week of classes this week before we head to our Yoga Holiday in Dalyan Turkey! 🇹🇷 🌅

All of my classes are a little disrupted over the next few months as I prepare for my yoga holiday and my operation. Please do message me before a class if you are unsure of a location or for class availability. 🙏
