Sometimes it’s important to just say yes to life! My book is very close to being finished, and I am so pleased to say that I’m doing lots of new things this autumn!

So please feel free to listen in or come and see me at events! There will be more to come.

I will also be releasing dates for reflexology appointments shortly!

Happy September everyone. X

I’ve written a blog post for Grief Awareness Day, and for myself really, reflecting on what I can only describe as one of the hardest years of my life so far.

I really hope that it helps some of you, if you are grieving the loss of a loved one too. X

5 years of no alcohol passing my lips. For a woman who used to drink almost every day, this is a big achievement!

Things I’ve learned so far are:

1. I can face reality in all of its wild and sometimes very difficult moments, and feel the whole spectrum of emotions, without needing alcohol to support me.

2. I like being able to experience life without numbing parts of it with alcohol.

3. I feel more in control and much more aware of what is happening in my life.

4. Most importantly, my children have me fully present and sober and they don’t see me turning to alcohol at the end of every day with them as a treat for “surviving.” They have witnessed me dealing with reality completely sober and none of them want to drink alcohol, even my 18 year old. So I think I’ve done something right…

I wrote a blog post a few years ago, about how I gave up drinking, the link is in my stories if you would like to read it! I’m off for a cup of tea!

I would have posted this earlier, but my website seems to have been down all day, and has miraculously fixed itself now. 🙄

Today is Ectopic Pregnancy Awareness Day, and each year I share my own story in the hope that it raises awareness about this potentially life threatening situation.

I wrote a whole blog post about what happened to me way back in 2011, and the link is in my stories if you would like to read it. I hope that it helps somebody. X

One of the best bits of my job, as well as supporting people through a really tricky time of their lives, is getting to meet the long awaited for babies that many of my clients have. (And of course those lovely baby cuddles that I sometimes get!)

It fills me with such joy and it’s such a privilege to be a tiny part of their journey, it makes me quite tearful.

So this is a post for all of my clients, to say thank you for trusting me to help you on your fertility journey.

I am starting to come back to writing the book, so I can help more people, even if you don’t live nearby and can’t see me in person!

Sarah. Xx
