Thank you to everyone who came to see me at the Spiritual and Wellness Fayre in Sandwich today. It was so lovely to meet you all.

On my table I had some copies of my mini book, The Pregnancy Loss Chapters, and I saw it touch many passers by, even though they didn’t say anything. They didn’t need to.

But many people stopped to chat to me about pregnancy loss, and overwhelmingly they all said, “thank you for doing this work, it’s so important.”

The Pregnancy Loss Chapters was not an easy book to write, but I’m so glad that I did. If it helps one person, then it was worth all the tears. For those who need it, a digital copy of this book is always available for free on my website.

The rest of the book will be ready very soon.

October is Baby Loss Awareness month and I can’t believe it’s been a whole year since I released these to chapters of my upcoming book, as a mini book.

If you have experienced the devastating loss of a baby at any stage of pregnancy or birth, I send you so much love.

I wanted to release these chapters to support as many people as possible, for free. And the link to download a free copy of these chapters is available on my website and in my bio. Please, if you need it, use it.

I will have some hard copies available to buy next week at Sandwich Spiritual and Wellbeing Fayre. All profits go towards funding the publishing of the full book, which I hope will help thousands more people.

We walked and talked in Deal today, it was a really lovely afternoon. This event happened all over the country and beyond, in collaboration with .action and and I hope they are both super proud of what they have created.

If you couldn’t make this one but would like to come to another walk and talk, the next one is in March 2027! Keep your eyes peeled for details.

This is happening today and there’s still time to book your place. It’s a free walk and talk event for anyone affected by fertility issues.

Put your trainers on and meet me by the fish statue on Deal Pier just before 3pm.

There is no pressure to talk about anything in particular, it’s just a chance to get outside and go for a nice walk along the seafront.

Exciting news!

I am very pleased to say that I am offering one of the very first Walk and Talk meet ups in association with Fertility Action and Fertility Acupuncture | IVF | Hannah Pearn podcast, on Sunday 27th September, 3-4pm, on Deal seafront.

The aim of these sessions is to just offer a supportive place for those experiencing any issues with fertility to come together for a walk and a chat. You don’t have to say a word, you can simply walk and enjoy the fresh sea air if you want to.

The event is FREE, but if you would like to come along, please book a space using the link in my bio and stories (and comments on Facebook), just so I know how many people to expect!

Deal is accessible by train and by bus for those who don’t drive, and the seafront is flat and easy to walk along.

I will never get bored of this incredible holistic therapy. Even now, 13 years in, I’m still learning what reflexology can do to support humans.

Totally out of my comfort zone today, but so much fun! I spent two hours on live radio talking with Gill Russel and Detox Nation about reflexology and my new book that will be ready very soon.

Sometimes it’s good to say “yes” to new experiences.
