An evening of confidence, self-discovery, hypnotherapy & coaching.

One of the things that's really stood out to me throughout my Become Your Own Best Friend courses is the response to the hypnotherapy sessions.

I've genuinely been blown away by some of the feedback. Women have shared how eye-opening they've found the experience, with one describing how much clarity she'd gained from it.

Of course, everyone's experience is different, but seeing how much some of the ladies have taken away from these sessions has inspired me to offer something a little different.

So I'm introducing a special one-off evening, combining a little mindset coaching with guided hypnotherapy, focusing on confidence, self-worth and self-belief.

Whether you've attended one of my courses, you're already working on yourself, or you're completely new to hypnotherapy and curious to experience it, you're very welcome.

It's not about changing your life in an hour. It's about giving yourself an opportunity to explore your thoughts, your confidence and being YOU.
