Most women we speak to believe theyโ€™re stuck because theyโ€™ve not found the right plan yet.

But itโ€™s rarely the plan thatโ€™s holding you back.

When Gwen joined us, she wasnโ€™t looking for another diet.

She was looking for a different way to achieve her goals.

After years of being told that progress was measured by a weekly weigh in, she had started to realise that constantly chasing a lower number wasnโ€™t giving her the confidence, health or results she wanted.

What she wanted was something she could actually sustain.

Since making the switch, Gwen has completely changed the way she views progress.

Rather than focusing solely on the scales, sheโ€™s focused on building strength, improving her daily habits and working with her body instead of against it.

At 57, sheโ€™s stronger, more confident and feels more in control of her health than she has in years.

Sheโ€™s learned that life doesnโ€™t have to be perfect to make progress.ย 

There will always be busy weeks and challenges along the way, but having simple habits to fall back on has made all the difference.

The problem is never the food, the problem is being taught to fear it.

Being taught that some foods make you โ€œgoodโ€ and others make you โ€œbadโ€.

Being taught that one meal can ruin your progress.

Being taught that your success for the week comes down to one single weigh in.

No wonder so many women feel trapped.

Constantly overthinking every meal.

Constantly starting again on Monday.

Constantly chasing a number.

At some point youโ€™ve got to ask yourself,

Has any of that actually helped?

Or has it just kept you stuck in the same cycle for years?

If Fiona had only looked at the scales, sheโ€™d have thought nothing was working.

Before joining, she was doing what so many women do.

Burning herself out with endless cardio
Eating less and less,
Restarting every Monday,
Letting the scales be her only measure of progress
And feeling stuck because of it.

But the scales were never telling the full story.
