Sometimes, you have to be brave, sometimes you have to take the bull by the horns! Sometimes you have to say, I got this far so I have made it!

Finding the confidence to wear new clothes was always something I thought I would be fine with. But showing off every lump and bump, every stretch mark is hard!

But with Slimming World i have learnt to be proud of my achievements and celebrate no matter what anyone thinks! fans

So 1 year ago today, i had the pleasure of spending the evening celebrating my fantastic Slimming World gold award with some of the most incredible people!
