Copied from Dr Eric Burgs page but anyone taking a magnesium supplement make sure it contains the right type.

1. The worst magnesium - Magnesium oxide is the worst yet most common magnesium supplement. It only has a 4% absorption rate. It’s also very expensive!

2. Magnesium sulfate has a 10% absorption rate and a high laxative effect. It may help relax your muscles superficially.

3. Magnesium orotate has a 15% absorption rate. This form of magnesium can pe*****te the cell and increase energy. Magnesium orotate also works as an antioxidant and supports the DNA.

4. Magnesium taurate has a 20% absorption rate and supports heart health, blood pressure, and the nervous system.

5. Magnesium lactate has a 25% absorption rate and is more gentle on the GI system. It supports the cardiovascular system and can improve energy. Magnesium lactate is often used topically, which may be beneficial for your muscles.

6. Magnesium citrate has a 30% absorption rate. It can help prevent kidney stones and is good for cardiovascular issues and blood pressure. It can also help with detoxification.

With the impending cold weather☔😭 and kids being advised to layer up in school to save on heating costs it will come as no surprise that colds and flu's will be in abundance in each household very soon.

The Super Elixir will not stop this but what it has done for customers is lessen the hit of previous years and at times bypassed them when other family members were dosed in bed.

Are you someone who likes to wash your fruit and veg with water to remove as much dirt/residue as possible?

Why not take it up a level and introduce sodium bicarbonate ( baking soda).

1 teaspoon per 1L of water, soak your produce for 10mins and not only will this help remove dirt it will also help to remove surface pesticide residue. Rinse and dry afterwards.

Baking soda is alkaline which helps breakdown certain pesticides, the solution loosens waxy coatings and surface chemicals, making them easier to rinse away.

In the past 24hrs I've had 4 separate conversations with people who fell out of routine taking their Super Elixir shot due to holidays/work/kids etc and are now experiencing aches and pains, bowel issues and feeling dosed.

Coincidence or just a random fluke?

For anyone who has stepped away long term from taking their shot and haven't started another and wondering why they are feeling sick/sore again then this is your answer.
