Our Story

Jack and Maddie was created by Gretchen Winter in 2014. She created courses which work within the National Curriculum and use cooking as a medium to focus on communication, interaction, teamwork and confidence building.

The Farm Cookery School was then created in 2016 where Jack and Maddie now run classes, courses & workshops for adults and children. Josie French joined the team in 2016 and now manages and teaches the Jack and Maddie Education programme.
