I wasn't lucky...l worked for this! I worked really bloody hard, but l absolutely love been an ODP, and all the things l get to do behind the scenes not just in my job but as a Union representative, an Education Officer and a ULR. I am so fortunate to all the doors l get to walk through.

As a Manager l want to say to my team, you're amazing, and I'm so grateful for all your hard work. To my client's, l wouldn't be where l am without you, thank you for your loyalty, your faith in me, and your trust.
