Standing in Preston railway station, waiting for the train back to Liverpool Lime Street railway station, there is no heaviness — only gratitude. Three days that flowed naturally, filled with good energy, good people, and the quiet satisfaction of doing something that nourishes rather than drains.
The journey home feels softer when your spirit is still light. The sound of the station, the rhythm of the tracks, the evening sky over Lancashire — all of it becoming part of a peaceful transition back home. Sometimes the most beautiful kind of work is the kind that leaves you feeling more alive than when you began.
